EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS
Since 1995 I have given written expert witness reports for civil and criminal courts.
An expert witness is anyone who is qualified by actual experience or careful study, which enables him to form definite opinions of his own representing a division of science, branch of art or department of trade about which persons having no particular training or special study, would not be capable of forming accurate opinions or deducting correct conclusions.
TYPES OF CASES
I have given opinions on cases involving, suspect signatures, disputed wills, altered medical records, poison pen letters, offensive graffiti, forged & questioned
cheques, employee dishonesty and fraud, alleged forged land registry documents, questioned private letters and other documents, forged loan applications and family disputes involving handwriting.

I have examined thousands of handwriting samples over the past 12 years and have given opinions in countless document cases. The majority of cases have been settled out of court upon presentation of my written opinion.
I specialise in handwriting analysis to analyse questioned documents in the UK and internationally.
